Following a highly successful career in the pharmaceutical industry, Shairose founded imc in 2006 from her home office and it has since grown from strength to strength, now employing over 35 staff across 5 divisions in our offices in central London. She has a passion for communicating science and has led a number of high-profile programmes across a range of therapy areas. Shairose's stand-out talent is her ability to work with clients to develop groundbreaking strategies which engage audiences and mobilise change. This passion and commitment to do things differently has earned her an excellent reputation within the industry.

Alison has over 20 years' experience working in the pharmaceutical and healthcare communications industry. Starting her career in pharmaceutical sales and marketing, a jump across to 'agency world' seemed like the obvious move. She has since been involved in a number of award-winning initiatives in both PR and medical communications. With experience across a number of therapy areas, Alison enjoys developing powerful and compelling programmes which have a real impact on the lives of patients.

Azhar is an MD with a broad clinical background after having trained in and practiced General Medicine in the UK. In 2006 he joined the pharma industry and has worked in the UK, Denmark, Canada and the US, and has held several senior medical positions over the last 10 years over a number of therapy areas. He brings a wealth of clinical and industry insight to imc.

Allison brings over 15 years of pharma experience in numerous marketing, medical and and sales positions in both Canada and Europe. Prior to the joining the pharma industry Allison worked on the agency side managing global, US and Canadian accounts. She brings a fantastic drive for success with agency and client experience.

Anushka is an experienced and dedicated Human Resources Director with over 20 years’ experience in HR, 8 of which has been in the medical communications industry. She thrives on working with businesses to design and create strategic yet practical working practices. She is passionate about the people agenda and providing insights to the business that can underpin the overall strategy and drive engagement.

Ed has 18 years' experience working in digital. In that time he has worked across the FMCG, automotive, travel and the third sectors, before moving to work in healthcare in 2015. He has since been instrumental in the design of a number of high profile multichannel programmes across several therapy areas.
